Shitsuke Clan
The Shitsuke Clan is one the main clans residing in Shitesukeitogakure, a small village far from Konohagakure. Due to a few partnerships in the past, the two villages are on good terms. Many are oblivious of the Shiteseukeitogakure Village because it stays hidden from outsiders. The village is protected heavily by those that take the path of the Shinobi while others tend to the internal village. They are shinobi for hire for funding their village, they are most seen working under Konohagakure, using their prominent tracking skills. They hold the ability to see their own chakra, as well as others in their clan. Some embers of this clan hold the Binzuru-Sonja Kekki Genkai, while others are not blessed with it.

Overview/Background
Due to the intense secrets of the small village, they are very strict on their rules. Marriage within their clan is assigned and not chosen. They breed on the fact of creating a better shinobi to train and represent their village out in the world. If a rule is broken, there are many acts that can be taken upon the rule breaker. One would be execution, a second could be to lose a limb, shunning is a option, as well as expulsion. Those expelled from the village are never allowed to return unless they have proof against their expulsion or hold a chance to redeem their honor by capturing a High ranking missing nin or criminal from their village.

Conspiracy and Superstition
At birth, each child is given a mark that will decided their 'future'. It is said the mark is given based upon the color of their hair, and how strong the chakra is inside them. It is a strong belief that those with a darker shade of hair will be strong, while those bearing a lighter color will be weak. Destined to do nothing more than support the village from the side lines rather than partaking in the path of becoming a shinobi.
Children born with no color, or fail to grow hair at all will be considered outcasts and should be shunned for their shame. By law of their land, those born under these circumstances are forbidden from becoming shinobi, their chakra level is not tested. They are also treated as lower class, unless their family has the money to pay to 'change' their appearance. They are not chosen for arranged marriages and are also not allowed to reproduce.  If attempted, the child upon birth, no matter the hair color, will be executed along with the mother and father of the child.


Abilities
Shitsuke Clan members are strong for their tracking skills. Their Kekki Genkai  Binzuru-Sonja, it allows them to see Chakra within their own body as well as those with their Chakra inside them. For example, a member of the Shitsuke Clan can shoot a piece of their chakra inside a target, and being able to track that target by looking for their own Chakra.  They also have the ability of collapsing that arrow inside their target, temporarily blocking a chakra point. They are not as strong as those of the Hyugha clan in blocking a chakra pathway. To accomplish this, after completing any of the Yajirushi techniques, by adding the key word 'Botsuraku', it will force the chakra of the Shitsuke clan member to explode.

It will no longer be traceable inside the target, or seen by the Shitsuke member, it will in fact block or slow down a Chakra Pathway it's most nearest too. Depending on where the arrow landed inside the target, the Botsuraku has a high fail rate. The main affinity of those in the Shitsuke Clan is that of wind, to drive their arrows in a more correct path. They also use any type of weapon they wish, the bow and arrow seems to be a side way weapon only for their Yajirushi techniques. Sling shots are used for those in the academy and if some miracle happens, those of the lesser class are allowed to use Sling Shots.

To form the arrows used in the Yajirushi technicqes, it is summoned from inside the Shitsuke Clan member. Due to how much Chakra used in this manner, they tend to stick to using Taijutsu, it's very seldom that they use Ninjutsu other than their clans specialty. Genjutsu is never used by Shitsuke Clan members.
